What recent project, transaction, or accomplishment are you most proud of?
We represent commercial property owners and tenants across New York State. While many of our clients are owners or major tenants of retail, office or multi-family properties, we also represent recreational properties such as golf courses and marinas. I recently negotiated several golf courses and marinas where I obtained significant tax savings for the owners of these operations. These types of properties involve complex valuation methodologies under the Real Property Tax Law that I was able to utilize to maximize results for the property owner.
Who inspires you most? What qualities do they possess that inspire you?
I am fortunate to be surrounded by so many inspiring people in my career. I have become part of an organization that involves leaders from a variety of business sectors. Hearing approaches to issues from different perspectives along with a willingness to learn and collaborate has been incredibly inspirational.
