LIREG New Gen volunteers donate and prep time to Ronald McDonald House of Long Island

New Hyde Park, NY Continuing a long tradition of charitable giving, a team of Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) New Gen volunteers donated a taco dinner and their time to prepare it for 80 residents of Ronald McDonald House of Long Island on May 7.

The volunteers included Chris Petracca of First Nationwide Title; Scott Kaplan, executive vice president of North Hills Office Services, Inc.;  Alexander Wong, assistant vice president/director of project development at Castagna Realty Co., Inc./Americana Manhasset; Sean Cronin, partner in the Cronin and Cronin Law Firm; Robert Gitto of the Gitto Group; Seth Martin, CPA, partner at Friedman LLP; Greg Batista, a broker at Ripco Real Estate Corp.; and Lee Passavia, principal at the Domus Group.

LIREG, formed in 2004 to encourage networking among Long Island real estate developers, owners and allied trades and to raise funds for charitable real estate-related projects on Long Island, has almost 400 members.

He is an active member of the Chaminade Lawyer’s Association and Real Estate Group as well as the Washington & Lee Alumni Association. 

 

Sean is featured regularly in the New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ask the Expert” section and has been quoted in various publications, including the Long Island Business News and Newsday. He has been recognized by the Long Island Business News as a “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” multiple times, most recently in 2023 and by the Long Island Herald as the Top Tax Certiorari Attorney in 2023.
